About Eamonn

A 34-year veteran of the UK’s rail industry and a highly respected engineer to boot, whilst Eamonn began his rail career in 1990, his first exposure to major civils projects came as an engineer for multi-disciplinary contractor, Murphy’s, supporting the delivery of a number of high profile bridge strengthening schemes in and around London.

Purposeful and charismatic, a move to Tube Lines (formerly InfraCo JNP) in 2000 saw him appointed to the position of Civils Manager on the London Underground’s Piccadilly Line, holding overall responsibility for the safe performance of all civil engineering assets on what was and remains one of the capital’s busiest lines.

Following a 3-year tenure with the Underground, he spent a further 3 years as a project manager for Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering, moving swiftly through the ranks to become Construction Director and Project Director, spearheading some of London’s most prominent and valuable civils projects, from the Highways Agency’s M25 DBFO scheme, to the redevelopment of the iconic Kings Cross station.

Branching out on his own in 2012, Eamonn co-founded Pro Rail Services with his wife, Siobhan, determined to build a different type of rail contractor, delivering a vastly improved experience for his clients.
