Growing this business from scratch with family and colleagues has been an amazing journey. What I love about my role is that from the operatives working on site to our management team I try my best to get to know them and know their strengths and get them to work to the best of their ability. A lot of our team have been with us from the start and it is great to see how their career has grown. Plans for the future are exciting for Pro Rail Services as we grow our client base for CP7 and diversifying into the renewable energy market.
