Our process

1. Meet with the client to understand their exact requirements
2. Develop an asset protection development proposal including full project scope definition
3. Provide quotations for services including all railway interface planning, the appointment of the railway interface manager, liaison with Network Rail ASPRO, and the production of HSEQ and SWP documentation
4. Provide the project programme and works package plan, as well as risk assessments and detailed methodologies to Network Rail ASPRO, requesting the buried services information on behalf of the client
5. Act as the intermediary between the client and Network Rail ASPRO to get the Basic Asset Protection Agreement (BAPA) set up
6. Agree all railway access logistics and possession arrangements with Network Rail ASPRO
7. Assign and implement all required railway safety critical staff
8. Provide all railway construction management and HSEQ management on site to oversee the implementation of the required activities
9. Provide all railway plant, equipment, tools, competent resources and materials where required and physically executing the required works
10. Produce drainage CCTV survey reports, ground investigation data, topographical survey drawings, structural monitoring records and utility asset mapping deliverables
11. Provide all handover documentation to both the client and Network Rail ASPRO and inform them to close out the BAPA, e.g. as-built drawings and O&M data
12. Produce lessons learned reports
