These solid rubber panels provide access over the railway, enabling plant and machinery to travel over the tracks whilst other work is underway. We are one of the leading installers of Strail / Rosehill Rail RRAPs, with this type of work making up the majority of the crossings work we do.
Our LXs design and build team are able to advise on the best products to meet our client’s needs, arranging site visits where necessary (via our internal possession planning team). We cater for most track types, working with leading manufacturers Strail and Rosehill Rail.
Our services cover supply, delivery, installation and removal. We also offer RRAPs hire which can be used on a short or long term basis, via our Partner in TPA. Where necessary, we are able to provide regular safety inspections of the RRAPs, ensuring they remain fit for purpose and free from defects that could compromise safety.

We can design and supply a heavy-duty and durable level crossing system that is suitable for highway traffic. The modular system consists of single solid rubber panels, which are connected to each other by our lock tight system.

STRAIL drainage kerbstone – support of the outer panels and drainage of the surface water. The D-Kerbstone features an integrated drainage system. The surface water of the road is kept away from the STRAIL level crossing and can seep into the ground.
LED lighting elements arranged in rows as self-luminous markings make pedestrian crossings even safer. These light sources do not require a power connection because they are battery-powered, sunlight-fed, autonomous and maintenance-free LED units with a long service life.
Pro Rail Services is a self delivery level crossings / RRAPs contractor and our competent work force are all employed full time and trained to the highest standard on level crossings and RRAPs in accordance with our UKAS accredited ISO9001. Our workforce have all been trained to the required Network Rail Standards for inspections and installations to TRK37.
