Mulcher / Flail

We have a fleet of various sized Mulcher / Flails to fit on our Short Arm, Long Reach Arm RRV’s & our civils off track plant equipment.

These Mulchers are capable of clearly vegetation up to 6” in diameter and recently we have developed a bracket/ram system alongside GOS Engineering to fit onto our Long Reach Arms.

We are now able to reach to new limits with up to 11m reach, which is fantastic for working from the one road reaching across, or to push vegetation back further or clearing tree branches overhanging the line.

Mulcher / Flail Features:

Short Arm

• The short arm Mulcher / Flail enables works to be undertaken closer to the track, under OHE etc, and dense areas.

Long Reach Arm

• Our latest innovation is our Long Reach Arm adaption to take the Mulcher / Flail on our 5.5m Dipper Arm.

Capabilities include: 11m outreach, 12m cutting height

Civils Plant Equipment

• We have a range of different sized Mulcher / Flails capable of being fitted onto smaller off- track civils Excavators including: 3T, 5T, 8T, 13T, 20T.

Remote Controlled Mulcher / Flail

• New to 2019, we offer Remote Controlled tracked Mulcher / Flails, which we use for various off-track projects on rough ground, embankments, walkways etc.
